Assassin's Creed Shadows delayed into 2025, set to launch on Steam day one Ubisoft had delayed Assassin's Creed Shadows by three months. The open-world action packed adventure game was due to release November 12th, 2024, now it is set to release February 14th, 2025. Ubisoft released a statement saying it needs more time "to polish and refine the experience, pushing further some of our key features." In good light Ubisoft has confirmed steam will be able to play the game from day-one, unlike the PC version of the company's previous major release, Star Wars Outlaws. This news is raising concerns from some about how Ubisoft is being run. Executive producer Marc-Alexis Cote said the developers "need more time to polish and refine the experience."
